Well I have reached my 1000th blessing. I reached it a lot faster than I ever would have imagined....1000 seemed like and is a very large number. This whole process has completely changed my daily view of life. Looking back I see that I allowed myself to focus on the frustrating parts of my day, which were actually a very, very small part of my overall day. Due to my poor focus, I was blinding myself to all the blessings that God gives me on a daily basis. I know that all good things come from God, but I thought those good things were big things not the little everyday things. I now see that EVERYTHING good is from God, no matter the size or significance.
I have found through this challenge that I have to choose my focus everyday all day long...I have to choose to see the blessings from God. Due to this I am going to continue with my Blessing Blog for a bit longer. I really don't know how long I will continue but I feel right now it is what I need to do.
